Interesting views, don't get me wrong. I do agree that nobody is born a furry per se.

I dunno, I don't agree furriness would just develop randomly and incubate subliminally for a longer period of time. Some just happen to identify as anthropomorphized animal-like characters as a part of their identity. I think to an extent people do choose to be furries and do develop a fondness for furryism even if they did not before.

People discover spirit animals and spirit guides, furriness is chosen.

I don't entirely agree. That no one is born a furry, that I agree with. But that no one chooses to be a furry and it just develops randomly? I mean, if you do view a lot of furry material, of course you have taken a liking to such and that's okay.... but that doesn't mean it just randomly and subconsciously developed?

Some do just like looking at some furry art without there being anything sexual about it, some like the sexual kind, that's just who happens to like what, sure.

@SuppressedTruths One of them, though, has said a deity implanted within her such desires (she suscribes to some new-agey/pagan-like (?) and polytheistic spirituality). That's including, but not limited to sexual desires. Since they do not inspire her to do bad things to others or aggress against others and scrutiny reveals them to be quite wholesome overall, they're meant as an inspiration by a benevolent spirit or deity.

The other one, like the rest, is a normie and an atheist for all I know.

@SuppressedTruths Maybe, like, two of these furry-inclined people have told me something along these lines: "I feel like it was fate to realize I'm a furry". Not sure what that means? They didn't say they were born with such tendencies... which I don't believe is possible? I think every furry-inclined person has their super-keen inclination for anthromorphized characters inspired by unique individual factors. It can be a coping mechanism, but in that case I'd doubt they even are real furries?

I know some guys and gals who identify as furries, as in they're just super into anthropomorph-ized animal characters... that's it, though. The broadest, minimal definition. What they tell me they've never wanted to get a fursuit nor do they ever plan to. Nor could they care less.

"Furry" tells next to nothing about someone.

@SuppressedTruths That man was so like what I've heard, too. I mean I know some furries and when I ask they tell similar things, like damn, you all in on it spreading the gospel or what? ;) jk

But yeah, all true, 'furriness' kinda itself says next to nothin' about someone, I mean they could be well-versed in a bunch of 'sophisticated' subjects (you know, geology, geopolitics, philosophy, history, yadda yadda) and Aurora Bloom, great example, being from the navy. Who knows what next? ;D
